Timber Based Doorsets

At the core of our production we offer a fully finished doorset, comprising of the frame, pre-hung door leaf – with glazing when required, ironmongery, stops and architraves, all matched and preassembled in our factory and delivered to site as a complete package for simple installation.

A fully engineered unit designed to meet specific performance requirements and manufactured with precise tolerances that ensures they are all a high quality replication of approved and certified conditions and encourage minimal site time and costs in installation.

All of our sets are manufactured to meet the Health Technical Memorandum 58 guidance document, along with our independently test fire certification and quality procedures.

The doorsets concept is advocated these days under the ‘Modern Method of Construction’ ethos. Current initiatives call for greater efficiencies and savings in all areas of the building industry and based on ‘Constructing Excellence’ principles we aim to heavily simplify the procurement process and considerably reduce installation time and costs.

Offering a wide variety of styles, constructions and finishes we have the flexibility to design, manufacture, supply and then certify a doorsets solution for almost all opening requirements.

Economy Sets

To respond to the demand of our existing customers for a standard product, suitable for high level residential and social housing sectors, we have launched an 'economy range' in partnership with one of the world's largest door manufacturers.

Incorporating their leaves into a pre-hung set with a standard section frame of ours to accommodate the production of larger quantities through our existing plant in a streamline, cost effective manner.

Various panel configurations are available, choose from a smooth or textured finish, an option of core constructions and complement with flexible aperture and glazing options.

Veneered and flush doors                                                                                                                             In both interior and exterior options a wide range of facings are available to suit all budgets, inlaid and designer ranges are also available.

With a combination of the availability of the door leaves, our partnership agreement and our own flexibility and workmanship, the lead time on these sets is minimal and the performance and value is more then competitive.
